Trigger Wheel - 12 Tooth (Ross Balancer)

I made the purchase after subscribing to the youtube channel and watching their great content and advice. The website said the order was fulfilled but I received no tracking number. I emailed them asking about the order and was told that they would check when they got into the office as it was shipped the week of the 14th of July 2025. I am still awaiting an update on the tracking number and have not received the item ordered. I even sent a follow up email on the 25th of July 2025 and to date have not received a reply to that email.
